Delete your account
You'd like your SubLingo account and the data tied to it permanently removed — you're in the right place. There are two ways to do it.
What gets deleted
- Your saved vocabulary words and review history
- Your translation contexts and saved subtitle sentences
- Your subscription record and any pending purchase claims
- Your profile — display name, language preferences, and avatar
- Your sign-in account itself
What stays
Anonymous, aggregated metrics we use to keep the service healthy (daily active counts, feature usage). None of it is tied to your identity or anything that could re-identify you. Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your store account.
From inside the app
- Open SubLingo on your device
- Go to Settings → Profile
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Deletion happens immediately. You'll be signed out and your data is gone the moment the confirmation completes.

Send a message from the email address tied to your account so we can verify it's you. The button below pre-fills the subject for our support team.
Email support@sublingo.proWe confirm receipt within 1 business day and complete deletion within 7 days.
